Expression-ready ORF Clone: Higher protein expression level

The plasmid was transfected into mammalian cells with Sinofection reagent (Cat#STF02) transiently. After 48 h, the fluorescent signals can be detected by fluorescence microscope. EGFP protein expression levels were significantly increased in different cell lines.

? The Myc, HA, FLAG, His tagged ORF clones were expression validated by IF (Immunofluorescence). The plasmids were transfected into mammalian cells. After 48h, cells were fixed and blocked, incubated with primary antibodies, then stained with secondary antibody. Finally the fluorescent signals can be detected by fluorescence microscope.
